League of legends is a multi player online battle arena game. League of legends has champions which is what you the player controls in the game.

Each of these champions have unique abilities that separates them from other champions. Some champions can have similar abilities but they will never be the same or feel the same!

The long and expansive world that is league of legends have over 140 champions and it is the most played game in the world as of right now. Each champion has 4 usable abilities and a passive ability that sometimes acts as a 5th ability for certain champions only.

It usually has three core abilities and then an ultimate ability which is always on your R key. Your ultimate ability is almost always stronger than all your other abilities, some champions have ultimates that can change your abilities and make you have 3 more!

Jayce, Nidalee, and Udyr are all three good examples of this. Their ultimates are all on a really short cooldown but they gain access to brand new abilities. League of legends guides can be some of the most extensive and informative guides out of any game out there!

There are three types of damage in the game, physical, magical, and true damage. How much of these depends on the champion that you are playing, if you are playing a champion that does physical damage then it is called an AD champion and a champion that does magic damage is called an AP champion.

Some champions have abilities that lets them bypass through all types of resistances and these champions deal true damage. True damage ignores any resistance or ability that the enemy has and this is the purest and highest form of damage possible.

In the game there are five roles that you can play, this is the top lane, middle lane, jungle, and the bot lane which has the attack damage carry (ADC) and the support champion that is always with the ADC. The middle lane mainly consists of AP (ability power) champions although sometimes AD assassins play in it.

The main resource in the game is mostly mana, some champion however are manaless and completely resource-less. These resource-less champions have no resource costs whatsoever and excel in spamming their abilities! Some champions have their own unique resource bar and these rules do not apply to them at all!
